As a stranger, I can offer unbiased, nonjudgmental support. I struggled with my both babies in ways I thought never existed, endured all the physical pain and when I managed to breastfeed for more than a year I thought I was the queen of the world. I want you to feel the same. Let me be your support system as you take your first steps on this journey.

No one tells you how challenging breastfeeding can be

Turns out it’s not your fault.

Breastfeeding can be a challenging and isolating experience, especially when there’s a lack of education and support. There are numerous books such as What to expect in the first year or Pregnancy day by day, but breastfeeding is always a blind spot and its importance is underestimated. We hear about breastfeeding rates dropping, but who can we turn to? Mothers are feeling alone and unsure of what to do. But it doesn’t have to be that way. I am here to ensure no mother navigates the challenges of breastfeeding alone.

“You have nothing to worry about. Great job, mom.”

When you hear those words from your pediatrician you will be on top of the world.

It all starts with breastfeeding – the foundation for a healthy and happy baby. I’ve realized over time that buying the cutest baby outfit is irrelevant for the baby. Not only outfits but also fancy toys, swings all the things that are allegedly a must have can’t compare to the warmth of your embrace, the security of your presence, and the nourishment of your milk. Breastfeeding meets all of your baby’s needs and it is essential. Let’s focus on the things that matter most. My new eBook will help you navigate this journey with confidence and ease.

Who did I help?

I helped a couple of moms with their breastfeeding without any idea I would get this far.

Through my own experiences breastfeeding my two sons and connecting with other moms, I’ve learned how crucial education and support are in helping mothers achieve their breastfeeding goals. Not to mention how personal it was for me as I was a preemie and I was one of the babies who was practically saved due to mothers milk. I will not go into details to scare you, but I see now as a healthy adult and a mother how much it impacted my food allergies, atopic dermatitis, child asthma and other conditions I was diagnosed with.

However, I never dreamed I would have my own ebook about breastfeeding. It was a God’s calling and an urge to make it easier for you and many more moms.

Once Upon a Time, there was a Mom…

I will call her J.J. She had two boys just like me and then a girl. You can’t imagine her joy since she wanted a baby girl so bad. J.J. didn’t have success breastfeeding with her first two and she made a conscious decision to do it right and not make the same mistakes. With my help and the information in this eBook, she was able to breastfeed her third child for 18 months and counting. Unfortunately, breastfeeding is something you don’t get a second chance with. The amount of guilt and anxiety that a mom can feel for her mistakes, especially in the first year after birth can be soul wrenching. Hearing about her pain and regret for not being better informed about breastfeeding with her first two children was a powerful reminder of how important it is for all moms to have access to the right information and support, so I decided to make the guide public and create a website so more moms can benefit.

I feel you.

The only person who can get you is someone who has been through it recently.

I know firsthand how overwhelming and emotional it can be. After some time has passed I realized breastfeeding is a skill, you just need the right person to teach you this skill and a firm decision. I also know the incredible power of breastfeeding. I remember the heart-stopping moment when my firstborn fell off the bed and bumped his head, and the only thing that brought him instant relief was breastfeeding. And I’ll never forget the heartache I felt when I met a baby with leukemia. When you’re a mom, it gets to you on such a deep level I couldn’t sleep that night. And then I remembered the data I read that babies who breastfeed longer than 6 months have 21% reduced risk for childhood leukemia. Breastfeeding has too many benefits and we should never give up. Every baby deserves the best chance at a healthy, happy life. Let’s give all babies that chance. It’s the least we can do.

“Answers to your Concerns.”

A Chapter that answers that echo in your head but feel too embarrassing to be asked out loud.

You know that feeling when you have tons of questions prepared before your medical check-up but once you enter there you forget half of it and some never get answered. Don’t worry I got you! Mothers often question themselves and are always unsure what to do. Even the ones who seem like they have it all worked out have their insecurities. This is why a chapter called Answer to you Concerns covers all you need about breastfeeding and if you find yourself at 5 am anxious this eBook will be your cheatsheet.

Educate yourself on time.

It is guaranteed that if you do it right and educate yourself on time, you will be the best mom from day one.

If you take the time to educate yourself and follow the tips and tricks in this guide, you’ll be well-equipped to handle the challenges of breastfeeding and feel like the best mom from day one. I’m grateful to have had the guidance and support of my grandma and mom, who passed on their wisdom and secrets about natural remedies and revealed many tricks you cannot find anywhere online. And I’ve also had the help of my wonderful OBGYN in creating this ebook, which I hope will be a treasure for moms everywhere. It’s a resource that money can’t buy. Of course, if you have severe pain or flu-like symptoms make sure you visit a doctor.

A Present Just for You

The undeniable truth is if we look good we feel good.

I know one thing that can make a big difference in how women feel is their appearance. Many women struggle with RAD or a belly gap after childbirth, and it can be hard to find effective ways to lose belly fat and get back in shape. That’s why I’ve created a special gift in collaboration with my fitness couch-a video of exercises specifically designed to help you tone your postpartum belly and feel more confident in your body. It will take you less than 5 minutes. I’m giving this gift to you for free, as a way of saying thank you for choosing my ebook and supporting me on this journey.

If you don’t like it, I will give you the money back

If you are not satisfied with the content of this eBook, I will be glad to refund your money.

It’s my way of saying I care about you and your baby, and I don’t do it for the money.  I’m here to be a friend, a confidant, and a cheerleader for you on this journey. You can always email me at [email protected] and I will be so excited to talk to you. I would love to hear your success story and comments about the book. Feel free to email me anytime. The guide is meant to be from all moms to all moms, and I am just the mediator. The price of the book is an approximate price of just one pack of the best formula, and even the best one will never be as near as mother’s milk.

Twins? This ebook isn't for you...yet!

I understand that the experience of breastfeeding twins can be quite different, and I don’t feel confident enough to provide advice on this topic at this time. I plan to research this topic further and may add a chapter on breastfeeding twins in the future based on case studies. In the meantime, I encourage moms of twins to seek out other resources and support to help them with their breastfeeding journey.

So excited to hear the book is out and available to you all! My friend shared it with me to help and the rest is history. I never thought I would manage to breastfeed for more than 3 months. It was my initial goal but I was so encouraged and inspired by this book and my perspective changed so guess what-my daughter is now 15 months and we ain’t stopping!!

My anxiety of breastfeeding was increasing as my second labor was approaching. Breast pain and mastitis were my worst nightmare. I was so scared I made a 6 year gap between my kids because I just couldn’t do it again. I am so happy the time has come when moms can get educated about taking on the most important role of all and that is to be a mother. I would make All About Breastfeeding a must read for all future moms.
